Pricing is simple and tied to your results: 23% of net rental revenue including VAT, with no fixed monthly fees. A one-time onboarding fee of 1.499 kr including VAT applies per property and is invoiced at signature.
In Copenhagen you may rent out your primary home short-term for up to 70 nights a year through platforms that report to the Danish Tax Agency. We count the nights for you and close the calendar before you reach the limit. You also have a tax-free allowance of 35.100 kr in 2026, and of anything above it only 60% counts as capital income.
